SYNOPSIS:
Set in an international hotel, this is a love story and almost a ghost story at the same time. Does the lover exist or is he a figment of the wife's imagination. Or of the husbands?
We shot in NY and Connecticut after an extensive scout to find the right locations for our sophisticated characters. The food, the plates, the glasses, the bathroom mirror, had to be right to suggest a certain lavish but empty lifestyle. The surreal side to story had to come out in moments and never be overstated. Trained dogs helped, so did shooting a scene in a supermarket, still open, but at 4am.
